Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Church Farm Tearooms Limited and yourself. No contract exists between yourself and Church Farm Tearooms Limited for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full. Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.

Prices

The description and price of tickets you order will be shown on the Church Farm Tearooms Limited website at the time you place your order. Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes. There are no surcharges and once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.

On-line Security

To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit / debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.

Limitations of Liability

Church Farm Tearooms Limited total liability for in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.

The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these conditions shall be subject to the provisions of second 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Church Farm Tearooms Limited will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet and Communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

Severance

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force

Refunds and Cancellations

Unfortunately, we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.

Tickets are only transferable to an alternative date or time if you contact Church Farm Tearooms Limited directly on 012843 564555 at least 48 hours before the date you originally booked to visit which appears on your booking confirmation. We cannot guarantee that we can change the date of your visit but we will make reasonable efforts to do so as long as you contact us more than 48 hours before your scheduled visit date.

Online Tickets Terms and Conditions of uses

Tickets purchased online may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer, promotions or vouchers.

Online tickets cannot be used in relation to any group booking or birthday party booking.

No refunds are given once the online ticket has been purchased.

Any discounts or offers online are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made in person.

Entry is only permissible when the Advance Online Ticket is printed out and presented at Church Farm Tearooms Reception.

All persons covered by an Advance Online Ticket must enter the attraction at the same time, or have a copy of the Advance Online Ticket when entering Church Farm Tearooms.

Tickets purchased as Advance Online Tickets must be printed and legible and are valid for the  date of purchase, (excluding Tickets valid for a particular or specific named event). Should they be used on dates other than that for which they were purchased, Church Farm Tearooms Limited reserve the right to refuse entry. Where entry is sought on a different date; if the Advanced Online Ticket purchase price is higher than the on the day admission charge no refund will be given. On the day prices exclude any current on the day offers/discounts.

If Concession tickets are purchased as Advance Online Tickets, Church Farm Tearooms Limited reserve the right to ask for proof of status.

No Advance Online Ticket may be resold.

If the Advance Online Ticket is scanned and shows that it has already been redeemed then entry will be refused.

Advance Online Tickets may be used when purchasing a new Annual Pass on the same day as the visit against the new Annual Pass price, where the admission quantity and type (i.e. adult or child) matches the membership quantity and type purchased.

Advance Online Annual Passes provide entry into Church Farm Tearooms Limited for one year. An Annual Pass card will be provided the first day that this online ticket is used. The start date will be when the online Ticket is first used, as long as it is within 2 months of purchase. The Annual Pass must start within 2 months of purchase.

Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. No refunds are available for unused tickets.

The credit or debit card used to purchase the tickets must be brought with you on the day of your visit, together with a print out of your Advance Online Ticket.

 

Parking

Free parking is available on site (please advise of any potential coach arrivals)

Vehicles are parked at the owners risk and neither Church Farm Tearooms Limited nor its affiliates are responsible for any damage to vehicles using the car park.

On busy days we use our overspill car park at our ‘big farm’ which is a short walk away, please take care on the road, follow the signs and leave plenty of time for your ticket entry. We take no responsibility for your actions.

 

 

General

Toilets, disabled accessible toilets and baby changing facilities are located around Church Farm Tearooms Limited.

During term time, school and college groups could be on site throughout the day.

Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited on Church Farm Tearooms Limited. Should visitors wish to smoke, there are external designated smoking areas on site.  

We reserve the right to prevent entry to Church Farm Tearooms Limited and/or to remove anyone from the premises whose behaviour is inappropriate and/or undesirable and which may affect the safety and enjoyment of our staff or other guests, without the right to a refund.

CCTV cameras are used to assist in the proper running of Church Farm Tearooms Limited.

We reserve the right, without prior notice, to close and/or change the zones that are open and/or to change our opening hours.

We, in our absolute discretion reserve the right to close the whole or any part of Church Farm Tearooms Limited at any time or to restrict the number of people having access to Church Farm Tearooms Limited. The reason for any closure or restriction may include capacity, adverse weather conditions, technical or operational reasons, special events or to ensure the safety of our guests, or for any reason that Church Farm Tearooms Limited reasonably considers the circumstances so require. For Tickets purchased in advance, if Church Farm Tearooms Limited is closed for any of the reasons set out above, we may offer replacement tickets for admission to Church Farm Tearooms Limited on an alternative date or instead offer, at our discretion, a full refund.
